Mogwai I18N is a tool to internationalize your java applications with ResourceBundles
and XML based resource files.
To get the tool, do the following :
1. Download the Tool (click
here)
2. Extract the file to your local hard disk.
3. Read the Usage.txt file
4. Have fun !
